How- To Tuesday: Make Tissue Paper Puff Balls
I am currently in love with decorating with tissue paper puff balls-- my husband on the other hand, well...he's not a fan at all. I'm thinking he thinks they take up way too much room in my already over-flowing craft/decor area. hah!
